FBI agents on March 3 arrested Sherri Papini. The mother from Redding, dubbed “super mom,” is accused of faking her own highly-publicized abduction and reappearance in 2016 so that she could spend time with her ex-boyfriend.
On Tuesday afternoon, U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeremy D. Peterson, who ordered her to remain in custody at the Sacramento County Main Jail, will decide if she should be released pending trial.
