Poll: Would Sacramento benefit from a mayor with more power?

Voters will decide in November whether Sacramento will change its form of city governance to a “strong mayor” system that gives the person in that office enhanced budget and veto power, among other significant enhancements to the position. Would that be a good thing for the city?
