Sacramento authorities search for missing elderly man last seen driving on Tuesday

Authorities in Sacramento County are searching for an at-risk elderly man who has been missing since Tuesday afternoon.

Andres Cervantes, 73, was last seen leaving the 9000 block of Chantal Way in his car, a silver 2011 Nissan Versa, with license plate CA 6ZFU021, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office announced in posts to social media.

Cervantes speaks Spanish and was last seen wearing a dark blue t-shirt, dark blue jeans and brown boots. He is 5-feet 4 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities asked anyone who sees Cervantes to call 916-874-5115.
