How to reduce allergies
There are ways you can reduce your chance of getting an allergy attack.
This includes minimizing exposure to the outdoors if you know you have allergies, keeping your windows closed and washing your hair after being outside, Dr. NaYoung Kim, the chief of allergy and immunology for Kaiser Permanente Sacramento and Roseville told The Bee.
According to the Mayo Clinic, you should also avoid activities like mowing and gardening, wear face masks outdoors, don’t hang laundry outside and stay updated with pollen forecasts.
