Breaking News

A 33-year-old man was struck and killed by an Amtrak passenger train in Yolo County on Tuesday morning after reportedly trespassing onto the tracks.

There were no reported injuries of the 67 passengers or crew members on board the train, according to Kelly Just, an Amtrak spokesperson.

The victim, identified on Wednesday as Randall Maxwell, died on the scene, according to the Yolo County Coroner’s Office.
