A roller rink is coming to Sacramento. Here’s when & where it’s expected to open

Dust off your skates, because Sacramento is getting a roller rink.

Downtown Sacramento Partnerships is teaming up with HOFisbetter to open a roller rink in Sacramento’s downtown area over the summer, according to a Tuesday post on X, formerly Twitter.

The roller rink is expected to open at Ali Youssefi Square, according to the post. The location is also where the winter ice skating rink is located during the holiday season.

No exact date on when the roller rink will open has been announced.

The Sacramento Bee reached out to Downtown Sacramento Partnerships on Tuesday afternoon for a comment regarding the project, but did not immediately receive a response.
