Man’s body found below bridge along Roseville trail
Roseville detectives on Tuesday are investigating the death of a man whose body was found near a well-used trail system in the city.
The body of the man was reported by a bicyclist at 5:45 a.m. Tuesday below an East Roseville Parkway bridge.
A preliminary investigation indicates that he fell or jumped from the bridge, dropping 50 or 60 feet to the Miner’s Ravine trail in the parkway near Orvietto Drive.
An early description from the police department that the man fell down an embankment did not turn out to be true.
