Don’t throw away your shot to see “Hamilton” in Sacramento this winter.

From Jan. 8-19, 2025, the touring cast of the musical “Hamilton” will perform in the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center on 1301 L St. in Sacramento.

The production is put together by Broadway Sacramento, one of the largest Northern California producer and presenter of musical theater.

“Hamilton” is a Tony-awarding winning Broadway musical following the life of the American founding father, Alexander Hamilton. Written by songwriter Lin Manuel Miranda, the play combines hip-hop, jazz, rhythm and blues and Broadway show tunes into the retelling of Hamilton’s life. The cast is visiting Sacramento as a part of their North American tour.

Here’s how to see the production in the capital city.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can purchased up to nine tickets per household on broadwaysacramento.com. Single show tickets open Thursday at 10 a.m. Ticket prices vary from $59 to $349 when purchased online.

When is each show playing?

You can see a production of “Hamilton” during the following days and times. Each show runs for 2 hours and 45 minutes with a 20 minute intermission.

The SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center allows bags smaller than 8”x6”x1.”

The center requires that non-transparent and clear bags be tinier than 12”x12”x6.”

Bottles or cans, backpacks, outside food and beverages are among the items prohibited inside the theater.
