3.6-magnitude earthquake reported in Northern California, near South Lake Tahoe

A 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck Northern California near the unincorporated community of Walker in Mono County on Saturday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The earthquake hit around 8:30 a.m. about 105 miles east of Sacramento, and 37 miles southeast of South Lake Tahoe in El Dorado County.

There were no immediate reports of damage.
