Ice skating returns to downtown Sacramento. Here’s what to know about dates, tickets

Ice skating is back in downtown Sacramento, just in time for the holidays.

The Downtown Sacramento Ice Rink officially opened to the public on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

“For over 30 years, the Downtown Sacramento Ice Rink has transformed the neighborhood into a winter wonderland,” the Downtown Sacramento Partnership said on its website, describing the rink as “the perfect place to spend a winter day.”

Through January, you can glide across the ice and enjoy special events such as craft days, silent disco nights and donation drives.
