North Highlands shooting leaves 1 dead, sends another to hospital
A man was killed in a shooting late Wednesday in North Highlands that sent another man with life-threatening wounds to an area hospital.
Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies continue to investigate the fatal shooting at 4830 Watt Ave., near Myrtle Avenue. Deputies received the call 10:40 p.m. Wednesday, said sheriff’s officials.
Sheriff’s officials had no immediate information Thursday morning on possible suspects or what led to the shooting.
