ABC 10 anchor-reporter Monica Coleman leaves KXTV after five years

Monica Coleman

ABC 10 anchor Monica Coleman is moving on from the station after five years, she announced to viewers on Sunday morning’s broadcast.

“After five years at ABC 10, the time has come to say goodbye. Thank you for letting me be a part of your mornings — your trust, your stories, and your support have meant the world to me. I’ll carry these memories with me always,” Coleman wrote in a social media post.

A 2018 graduate of Sam Houston State University, Coleman worked as a reporter for KIDY, a FOX affiliate in San Angelo, Texas, before joining KXTV in December 2019.

She initially worked as a news reporter at ABC 10 before adding weekend morning anchor responsibilities in August 2021.
