Country music legend Willie Nelson and iconic folk rocker Bob Dylan are headed to the Sacramento area this spring with a popular touring music festival.

The Outlaw Music Festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a total of 35 stops across 22 states — including an outdoor concert at Toyota Amphitheatre in Wheatland in May.

“The 2025 tour is the biggest Outlaw tour to date, featuring an unparalleled lineup of legends and superstars,” concert promoter Blackbird Presents said on its website.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, organizers said.

Citi credit card holders can buy tickets as early as 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, and more presale options are available via individual artists, LiveNation, Ticketmaster and more.
