Sacramento “On a Budget” is back!

We launched this series nearly three years ago to help you find fun and affordable ways to connect with your community.

We took you to Drake’s: The Barn for $10 margaritas, went ice skating downtown, and watched a film at Sacramento’s only drive-in theater.

But a lot has changed since we started.

Thanks to rampant inflation, it’s been harder to afford anything beyond the basics, like rent, groceries and utilities.

That’s why we’re reviving this series — to help you find ways to connect with your community while having some affordable fun.
