Paris Baguette to open new Sacramento-area cafe. When, where & what’s on the menu
A popular bakery chain known for its French-inspired cakes and pastries is expanding in the Sacramento area.
Paris Baguette will open its third local bakeshop in Natomas, the Sacramento Business Journal recently reported.
There’s also a fourth Sacramento-area store in the works.
“Our mission (is) to bring expertly crafted baked and brewed goods to our guests through a warm and welcoming bakery cafe experience that delivers joy to everyone,” Paris Baguette said on its website.

What is Paris Baguette?
Founded in 1988 in South Korea, Paris Baguette prides itself on its “delicious pastries, warm breads, stunning cakes and expertly brewed drinks,” the company said on its website.
The French-inspired bakery chain opened its first U.S. bake shop in Los Angeles in 2005, according to its site.
As of late 2024, the chain had more than 4,000 retail stores throughout the world, including more than 180 in the United States.
In February, the company, which is owned by SPC Group in Seoul, announced that it would build a 260,000-square-foot bakery manufacturing plant in Texas and open 100 new cafés — expanding its footprint to more than 35 states.
The company seeks to have about 1,000 Paris Baguette locations across the nation by 2030, and 12,000 globally.
“The momentum we’ve built over the past year is just the beginning,” Darren Tipton, CEO of Paris Baguette, said in a Feb. 12 news release. “We remain committed to our people-first approach, investing in top-tier leadership, operational excellence and the quality that makes us North America’s neighborhood bakery café.”
Where is new bakery in Sacramento area?
Paris Baguette is looking to fill a 2,500 square-foot space at 3654 North Freeway Blvd., Suite 330, in Natomas, the Sacramento Business Journal previously reported.
That’s part of the Village at Sacramento Gateway, a large retail center that includes Target, TJ Maxx, Old Navy and Nordstrom Rack stores.
When will new location open?
Paris Baguette plans to open its Natomas location in September, according to reporting by the Sacramento Business Journal.
What’s on the menu?
Paris Baguette specializes in “freshly-baked breads, delicious coffee and cakes,” the company said on its website.
The menu features a variety of cakes in flavors including chocolate hazelnut, strawberry soft cream and blueberry yogurt.
The cafe offers a large selection of sweets and pastries including raspberry almond croissants, cherry Greek yogurt danishes and milk-and-cereal mochi donuts.
Customers can also order savory items including breakfast, chicken salad and grilled cheese sandwiches.
In addition, the cafe serves several drinks, including flavored frappes, lattes and lemonade.
What are food and drink prices?
Slices of cake cost $7.75 to $8.95 at Paris Baguette, while prices for whole cakes range from $34 to $44.
Prices for pastries range from $3.90 to $6.25.
Savory options cost $8 to $11.
Drink prices depend on size and type, but generally range from $2.90 to $6.90.
Where are Paris Baguette locations in Sacramento area?
Paris Baguette has 58 locations in California, mostly concentrated in the Bay Area and Southern California.
The chain opened its first Fresno location in May.
As of Friday, there were two Paris Baguette locations open in the Sacramento area, with an Elk Grove location in the planning stages, the Sacramento Business Journal reported.

What are business hours?
Open hours differ slightly for Paris Baguette’s two Sacramento-area locations.
The Arden-Arcade bake shop is open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, or 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for delivery.
You can visit the Roseville location from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, with delivery available 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
