Man dies after tractor overturns in Orangevale, Sacramento Metro Fire crews say
A man died Monday night after a tractor overturned and pinned him underneath in Orangevale, according to fire officials.
Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District crews were dispatched just after 8 p.m. to the 9400 block of Oak Avenue after reports of a tractor rollover, firefighters said.
Personnel including a rescue unit arrived to find the man trapped beneath the tractor that had fallen on its side near a slope. The man was pronounced dead at the scene from injuries suffered in the incident, officials said.
The man was expected to be identified by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.
