A Citrus Heights woman is mourning the loss of her younger sister, one of the 14 people killed Wednesday in the mass shooting at Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino.
“I just found out the most horrible news of my life!” Tamishia Clayborn posted on her Facebook page. “My sister Sierra Clayborn was killed in the San Bernardino shooting … I love you more than your ever knew. You were taken too soon. My heart is broken. I am completely devastated.”
Tamishia Clayborn could not be reached Friday. Her 27-year-old sister was an environmental health specialist and was attending a holiday banquet for county health department workers.
On her Facebook page, Sierra Clayborn described herself as a “creative individual with a fun outlook on life. I love hanging out with friends and I love my blooming career in public and environmental health. I am dedicated to enjoying my new life that God so graciously gave me, so I thank Him all that I can and live life to the fullest. I love my life.”
