CHP Officer Nathan Taylor honored at memorial service in Roseville

Nathan Taylor died Sunday, March 13, of injuries suffered when he was hit by an SUV the day before on snowy Interstate 80 in the Gold Run area.  His memorial service was being held Tuesday, March 22.
