Sacramento regional parks gets serious (in fun way) about preventing drownings

Summer is around the corner and Sacramento rivers and lakes will be tempting you. What could be better than cooling off in our local waterways? Sacramento County Regional Parks says putting on a life vest will make it better, and has set out to get everybody on board.

Here’s why officials are getting serious about drownings. There have already been drowning deaths and summer hasn’t even officially begun.
