Sacramento State arrested a man Thursday who was suspected of fouling one of the stairwells in a building at the university with his own urine and excrement.

Sacramento State Police officers responded to a call at about 5:30 a.m. Thursday of man who had defecated and urinated in the stairwell of Solano Hall, a five-story structure with offices and classrooms. The man, identified in a university police Facebook post as Samuel Peters, 21, was issued a “notice of trespassing” and asked to leave the campus, according the social media post.
