A pregnant motorist hit by a driver who ran a red light suffered minor injuries in a collision Monday in Antelope, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The driver of a pickup was traveling westbound on North Loop Boulevard about 11 a.m. Monday when he ran a red light at Palmerson Drive, striking a car driven by a 33-year-old woman who was 20 weeks pregnant, according to a CHP press release.
Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital. The baby was expected to be okay.
The crash remains under investigation.
