Woman hit, killed by train near Davis
Train service was halted Tuesday morning on the tracks near Davis when a woman was struck and killed by a passenger train.
The westbound Amtrak train hit the pedestrian at about 4:50 a.m. Tuesday near County Road 105 and County Road 32A just east of Davis.
Train traffic resumed at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, according to Union Pacific Railroad.
