Gunfire outside Stockton bar kills woman, man

Two people were killed in gunfire early Tuesday outside a Stockton bar.

Stockton police reported that they responded about 2:15 a.m. to the shooting in the 1800 block of West Charter Way, where a man and a woman were shot. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, while the man died later at a hospital.

Homicide detectives responded to the scene. No suspect information or motive has been released.
