Woman in critical condition after North Sacramento stabbing
Sacramento police are investigating a stabbing that left a woman in her 20s with life-threatening injuries early Saturday.
The stabbing happened about 1 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Del Paso Boulevard and Arden Way, police said.
The woman, who was not immediately identified, suffered multiple stab wounds to her upper body and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment. She was in critical condition Sunday, according to police.
Investigators on Sunday were seeking several people of interest in the case, which was being investigated by homicide and gang detectives, but declined to say what motivated the attack.
