Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies need help to find a teen last seen leaving her North Highlands home on Friday.
Tiajhanay Ward-Burt, 13, is called at-risk by deputies because she may be with people “who will likely endanger her welfare,” according to a sheriff’s department press release. She is also believed to be in contact with family who do not have custodial rights to her.
Tiajahanay left her home in the 6500 block of Larry Way to walk to school on nearby Larchmont Drive on Friday.
Tiajhanay is mixed race with brown eyes and long braided hair with extensions. She is 5 feet one inch tall and weighs 120 pounds.

When last seen, she was wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, a gray “Cali” hooded sweatshirt, multi-colored parchute pants and black tennis shoes.
