Citrus Heights police are asking the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a March 14 armed robbery.

Police on Wednesday released surveillance photos showing the suspect and a vehicle in which he is believed to have fled.

Officers responded about 9:49 a.m. March 14 to a business in the 6400 block of Tupelo Drive and learned that a man had brandished a gun while robbing the business, according to a Police Department news release.

The suspect is described as Latino, in his early to mid-20s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a slender build. He had braided hair that was tied in the back and a slight mustache. He was wearing a baseball cap, hooded sweatshirt and baggy jeans.

Police said the suspect was seen getting into the passenger’s side of a two-door green sedan.
