23-year-old man stabbed in Arden Arcade

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a stabbing that occurred just before 6 a.m. on Wright Street in Arden Arcade.

The victim, a 23-year-old male, suffered lacerations to his upper torso, said Tony Turnbull, spokesman for the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.

A resident on Byron Road, which is less than a mile from Wright Street, called 911 regarding the stabbing.

The victim was alert and had non-life threatening wounds, Turnbull said.
