The driver in a fatal methamphetamine robbery attack in Meadowview four years ago was sentenced Friday to 21 years and four months in state prison.
Jaime Charles Sandoval, 40, received the term from Sacramento Superior Court Judge Ernest W. Sawtelle for the Jan. 1, 2011, beating death of Scott Hanson, 24, during the course of the drug robbery.
Sandoval in February pleaded guilty to manslaughter and other charges.
Juries in 2013 convicted two other men of murder in the killing on Amanda Way. Sawtelle sentenced Joseph Lee Conn to life in prison with no chance of parole and gave Arsenio Barajas a term of 34 years to life.
