Suspect arraigned in slaying of his 3 children in West Sac
Robert Hodges, the man charged with murdering his three young children before trying to kill his wife in their West Sacramento apartment complex Sept. 17, appeared in front of Yolo Superior Court Judge David Rosenberg for a trial arraignment Friday morning.
Hodges previously pleaded not guilty to the three murder charges, an attempted murder charge and special enhancements that were filed by Yolo County District Attorney Jeff Reisig in the case. The enhancements make it possible for Reisig to seek the death penalty, though he said Friday outside the courtroom that he did not know whether he would pursue that option.
The arraignment was continued to Nov. 21.
