The man who went missing from his home in the Land Park area was found unharmed by deputies with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department in the Arden-Arcade area early Saturday morning, Linda Matthew, a Sacramento Police Department spokeswoman, said.
Police began looking for Harry Outlaw, 68, after he was last seen about 9 a.m. Friday at his home in the 2100 block of Perkins Way in the Land Park area. The department reached out to community members in an attempt to find Outlaw, who has a medical condition and may become confused, according to a Facebook post by the Sacramento Police Department.
Matthew said the Sheriff’s Department found Outlaw early Saturday on Whitney Avenue in the Arden-Arcade area.
Outlaw was returned to his home, Matthew said.
