Man questioned over indecent exposure at Sacramento State, lands in jail on warrant charge

Sacramento State police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant after first investigating him for possibly exposing himself on campus.

Police contacted Timothy Gagen, 57, about 11:45 p.m. Friday and also performed a routine records check on the man. He was found to have a no-bail felony warrant for corporal injury of a spouse or co-habitant.

He was booked into jail on the outstanding warrant, not indecent exposure.
