A man was arrested Wednesday morning after allegedly firing a gun at his roommate in a south Sacramento neighborhood, said Sgt. Shaun Hampton, a Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department spokesman.
Deputies were notified of the shooting and sent to the 7500 block of Debutante Lane, near Gerber Road, about 8:26 a.m. When they arrived, deputies found a man with a minor chin injury at the scene.
They then determined that the man and his roommate were involved in an argument that led to the one of the men firing at the other but missing. Hampton said deputies believe the shooting happened indoors.
Officers surrounded the residence until they were able to call the shooting suspect outside, Hampton said.
