Stun-gun wielding robber sought by Roseville police
Roseville police are asking the public’s help in identifying a man accused of using a stun gun during a robbery at a local business.
Police released a surveillance photo of a man who is suspected of stealing merchandise from a store on Fairway Drive about 6 p.m. Sunday. He is accused of using a stun gun on an employee who tried to stop him, according to a Police Department Facebook post.
The man was seen getting into a waiting red four-door sedan, possibly a Mazda, police reported.
Anyone who recognizes the man or who has information that might assist in the investigation is asked to email Detective David Harlan at dharlan@roseville.ca.us and refer to Case No. 2018-5683.
