A 54-year-old Roseville man was arrested Thursday on suspicion of murdering his wife in January.
David Tefera's arrest in the death of 45-year-old Tsegereda Tefera came after a monthlong investigation, according to a Roseville Police Department news release.
Officers responded on the afternoon of Jan. 19 to the Teferas' home in the 2200 block of Wighill Circle, where Tefera reported finding his wife dead. Due to some suspicious circumstances, detectives were called to investigate.
The Placer County coroner determined that Tsegereda Tefera's death was a homicide, and an investigation led detectives to arrest David Tefera , the news release said. He is being held without bail in South Placer Jail.
