A Roseville man died and two others were injured Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision in Rocklin.
Police responded at 1:22 p.m. to a report of a collision between a compact car and a sport-utility vehicle at Springview and Willowynd drives, said Sgt. Greg Jensen. Three people were in the compact, including the driver, who was fatally injured. He was identified Friday night by Rocklin police as 20-year-old Adam Asebedo of Roseville.
The two passengers in the vehicle, both males, were identified only as a 17-year-old from Roseville and an 18-year-old from Citrus Heights. Both suffered major injuries but are expected to recover, according to a Police Department news release.
The man driving the SUV was not injured, Jensen said.
