Sacramento police released photos Wednesday of a suspect vehicle in an early-morning hit-and-run that seriously injured a bicyclist last month on Alhambra Boulevard.

Using surveillance footage, the vehicle has been identified as a Nissan sedan, the Sacramento Police Department said in a news release.

The sedan is the suspect vehicle in a collision just after 2 a.m. April 28 near Alhambra Boulevard and T Street, in which a car hit a bicyclist and fled the scene, police said in an earlier statement.

The vehicle was reportedly driving southbound on Alhambra Boulevard and collided with a bicyclist riding on the same street in the same direction.

The bicyclist remains in critical condition as of Wednesday, according to the recent news release.

Police urge anyone with information to contact dispatch at 916-808-5471 or Sacramento Valley Crime Stoppers at 916-443-4357.
