Woodland police said that they need help in finding a driver who exposed himself to youngsters on Monday.
Officers said that the middle-aged man was followed the children for several blocks around 11:30 a.m. Monday before exposing himself near Douglass Middle School, 525 Granada Drive. A witness said the man may have been driving a Honda Civic.
Police posted a video of the car on the department Facebook account.
PLEASE VIEW AND SHARE THE FOLLOWING VIDEO REGARDING INDECENT EXPOSURE SUSPECTOn June 8, 2015 at approximately 1136 hours the driver of the black vehicle seen in the following video exposed himself to three juveniles. The suspect followed the juveniles for several blocks before committing the crime near Douglass Middle School. One of the witnesses advised that the vehicle was possibly a 2000's model Honda Civic or something similar and that it had a large white spot/damage to one of the rear fenders. The vehicle reportedly driven by a middle-aged Hispanic male with stubbly facial hair.We are sharing this video in the hopes that somebody may recognize the vehicle or see it in the community. Now that children are out of school for the summer it is also a great oppportunity to speak with them about what to do if they are faced with a similar situation.
