Marysville man arrested on attempted murder charges for shooting at occupied home
A Marysville man is under arrest on suspicion of shooting at an occupied home in Marysville on Sunday night, according to the Marysville Police Department.
Adam Mobley, 53, fired at least five shots into a home in the 800 block of C Street in Marysville around 7:55 p.m. Sunday night, according to a press release. Nobody was injured in the shooting.
Officers found Mobley and his vehicle about an hour after the shooting near Yuba and 7th Streets after being identified in witness statements. Several stolen guns were found in the car and Mobley was arrested, the release said.
He is charged with attempted murder, assault with a firearm, driving under the influence, shooting into an inhabited dwelling, grand theft and possession of stolen property. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail on $1 million bail.
