Two people were transported to hospital, one of whom had “critical” wounds, said Auburn Fire Department Battalion Chief Robert Zaucha. A third victim was released at the scene, he said.

“The Auburn Police Department is seeking assistance in locating the suspect who fled on foot and it is unknown if the suspect got on a bus or in a vehicle,” the police department wrote.
