Couple sentenced to life for sexually assaulting two children, Sacramento DA says

A man and woman were sentenced to life in prison on Friday for child sexual assault charges, according to the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.

Dale Williams, 51, and Jennifer Fry, 44, sexually assaulted two girls, ages 5 and 12, multiple times during their relationship, according to the release. The two began dating in 2014.

Fry participated in a sexual act with the 5-year-old while also being aware of Williams “ongoing sexual assault” of the 12-year-old. They were both arrested May 24.

Williams was initially charged with 19 counts, but eventually pleaded no contest to two counts of performing a lewd act on a minor using force or duress on Oct. 28. He had two previous strikes on his record.

Fry was charged with 18 counts and pleaded guilty to one count of performing a lewd act on a minor using force or duress and one count of oral sex with a child under 10 on Oct. 21.
