Bullet holes found in Elk Grove apartment building after reports of overnight shooting
Somebody fired gunshots at an apartment building near Elk Grove Boulevard and Kent Street early Tuesday, Elk Grove police said.
Police responded to reports of shots fired at about 1 a.m. but were initially unable to find evidence of a shooting. However, officers received a call around 8 a.m. reporting bullet holes had been found in an apartment building in the 9200 block of Elk Grove Boulevard. No injuries were reported, the department said in a news release.
