A man was left with life-threatening injuries after being struck Friday night by a hit-and-run driver in Roseville, according to the Roseville Police Department.

The 60-year-old man was walking westbound on Riverside Avenue near Cirby Way, when he was struck by a station wagon, according to the release. The man ended up in the median where he was discovered by officers. He was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The vehicle did not stop and police are now looking for it. It is described as a white early 2000s Subaru Legacy or a similar type of car.
