Police searching for missing man with medical condition near East Sacramento

Sacramento Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man has been missing since Thursday in East Sacramento.

The department said officers are looking for Thomas Pelham, 58, after he left for a medical appointment. He was last heard from at 10 p.m. and police believe he may be in the area of midtown or East Sacramento.

He has a medical condition that “can cause loss of consciousness and he may be in need of medical aid,” the department said.

Pelham is 5-foot-10 and 148 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt and blue jeans.

Pelham is driving a black Acura TL sedan with California license plate 7GCE092, according to the department’s social media post.
