A Roseville man was arrested last week after he allegedly entered a family’s home through an unlocked door to bathe himself, the Placer County Sheriff’s Office said.

The man, identified as James Nunley II of Roseville, allegedly walked into a family’s home as they were putting a child to sleep, the sheriff’s office said in a social media post.

Nunley is believed to have stayed in the home for sometime as he used a bathroom.

He was caught by one of the homeowners as he was exiting the bathroom and immediately ran away.

Sheriff’s deputies found him a short time later and arrested him on suspicion of burglary, the sheriff’s office said. Nunley was found to also be on probation in Placer County.
