West Sacramento residents have been told stay indoors after one person barricaded inside a home Monday night, according to the West Sacramento Police Department.
The incident is near Henshaw Road, Arrowhead Street and Huntington Road in West Sacramento. Residents have been told to stay inside and lock the doors.
