Two Sacramento County men arrested for kidnapping and sex trafficking in Yuba City

Yuba City police have arrested two Sacramento County men for kidnapping and sexual assault.

Officers detained Majestic Boyd, 40, of Sacramento, and Eric Walker, 29, of Elk Grove, on Monday after their alleged victim escaped, approached a person on the 900 block of Gray Avenue in Yuba City and asked for help, according to a report by the Yuba City Police Department.

After arriving at that location, officers said they identified three people matching the suspect’s descriptions leaving the area. The officers then arrested the three -- Boyd, Walker and another person they later determined was not involved in the alleged crimes.

A police report said the victim was assaulted. The report also said police found evidence that Boyd and Walker had exploited the victim as a prostitute.

Boyd is accused of four felony counts - kidnapping for ransom or extortion; kidnapping for rape; human trafficking to obtain forced labor or service, and human trafficking for sex. There also is a warrant for his arrest in San Diego.

Walker was charged with six felony crimes: kidnapping for rape; human trafficking to obtain forced labor or service; human trafficking for sex; rape of an unconscious or drugged victim; rape by force, violence, duress, menace or fear; and oral copulation by force, violence, duress, menace or fear.

The two were booked at the Sutter County Jail, where Boyd’s bail is set at $500,000 and Walker’s bail is set at $500,000.
