Police search for ‘despondent’ Sacramento woman

Sacramento police are searching for a woman who was reportedly despondent when she left her home this morning.

Phen Wong, 37, walked away from her home in the 2200 block of 14th Street at 9:18 a.m.

She is described as 5 feet tall with black hair and blond streaks.
