Sacramento police seized drugs and a firearm from a home following an investigation of possible narcotics sales, the department announced in a weekend social media post.

And they also found illegal fireworks, police said.

The department’s East Gang Enforcement Team investigated a person suspected of selling narcotics and obtained a search warrant for their home.

When the warrant was served Thursday, Feb. 24, officers found four kilos of powder cocaine, 11 ounces of methamphetamine and a Glock handgun as well as “several illegal fireworks,” according to the post.

There was no information on any arrests.

“We continue to work hard in removing dangerous items like these off the streets,” the department stated.
