Police arrest man, 18, in south Sacramento homicide
Sacramento police arrested 18-year-old David Romero on Saturday on suspicion of murdering a 49-year-old woman Friday morning, according to a press release from the police department.
Thu Lan Tran was found suffering from a gunshot wound around 9 a.m. in a south Sacramento business in the 5600 block of 28th Street, where she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Romero was taken into custody at his apartment and booked in county jail.
