A Fair Oaks man was arrested today after he went Auburn allegedly expecting a sexual rendezvous with a 13-year-old girl but was met instead by Placer County sheriff’s detectives.
Timothy Robert Nosal, 48, originally attracted the attention of detectives with an online ad. A detective corresponded with Nosal for several weeks, posing as a 13-year-old girl.
